...I have completely forgotten the relationship of micrograms to milligrams. I though I could hide my ignorance and go to Curezone's conversion tables, but no luck there. Can y'all help me and refresh my memory on grams, milligrams and micrograms please?
By the way grz, most of the sites I visited relating to Lugol's did post dosages in mg. instead of mcg
