Been reading on a yahoo message board about Iodine discussion relating to cavities due to low levels of iodine. They talked about using potassium Iodide the "type that turns things brown" (don't know if they all do or not). Paint a square on the inside of your lower arm (between elbow and wrist) and see how long it remains visable. If after 24 hrs it is still viable there is no Iodine problem. Apparently there is some different interpretations of how long it should be visable, but at least min 12 hrs.

Has anyone heard of this test? And what is Iodine being channeled these days?!
