I need to come up with a better diet plan for afterwards as well. I have only done weight watchers. Over the past 4 months I have followed the plan, but only lost 4 pounds. So after my MC, I really want a healthier way to eat. I liked WW because I could keep eating junky foods, just in moderation. I knew it wasn't the healthiest choices, but if the food fell within my points, I ate it.
This Master-Cleanse is giving me a new outlook. I really hope to nix soda completely, cut out refined sugar, white flour etc.
