Dear internet poster known as "Celcius",

I have told you in the past, that I find your messages to have an intent to annoy and abuse, and I consider them to be harassment, since they can by no stretch of the imagination be considered as debate.

I have asked you to previously stop harassing me using a telecommunications device within the meaning of the 1934 act, as amended in 2004, and I now ask you again, for a second time, to refrain from harassing me.

You have now been put on NOTICE twice.
