Based on what I have read here I have upped my daily dose of Kelp from 1/2 teaspoon to a full teaspoon and plan to level off at two to three teaspoons a day. If that seems to help, I will try the Lugol'sIodine or Iodoral tablets.
I made a serious mistake with the pickling lime because I went against my knowledge of human physiology and "common sense" about what can only be called junk science, and thought I would go ahead and experiment with the drink based on testimonies. I admit to being wary of trying anything else right now. Are there some warning signs that we need to look for that might point to too much Iodine consumption?
