Hello - try to take the dosage as recommended. Too little of the herbal "poisons" will just make them mad and can, in the long run, create resistance to what you are using to try and kill them.

Try taking the drops at least 30 minutes before meals - this is so that the parasites will get a belly full of the poisons BEFORE they can get your food. Some species, like tapeworms, absorb nutrients AND poisons through their skin so you will want them to absorb that first.

You will need to wait for at least 2 hours after taking the drops before taking any P&B. This is because the psyllium and Bentonite clay mix is designed to absorb and remove toxins from the system If you take it too early, you will just be removing the herbal "poisons" before they can get the chance to do their jobs properly. Taking the P&B after the drops have had a chance to work will help soak up, trap and remove parasites and toxins very quickly from your system.

Please, PLEASE, keep in mind that psyllium swells to 50 times its size when wet. This means that 1 TEASPOON of psyllium will create over 1 CUP of stool. This 1 teaspoon of psyllium will need over 8 ounces of water to hydrated properly. This water for psyllium hydration is IN ADDITION to the 2 quarts of water you body needs daily. Too little water intake while on P&B can cause severe bloating and constipation. So for every 1 teaspoon of psyllium - drink 8 ounces of water.

One more thing - some people are taking upwards of 10 grams (3 tablespoons or so)of psyllium per day - this amount will create over 10 CUPS of stool per day and requires a lot of water.
