Thanks for that very clear advise. I think the best thing to do in this case is to take the tincture mid morning couple hours after breakfast and hour or so before lunch, as I have the shakes around 7 15 am and just before bed. If I have it mid morning, then it will be away from the shakes and a good bit before food. I am also taking a metal cleanse tincture, not sure if the shakes will interfere with this as well, so I am trying to time everything. You are right about the water. It clogs you up if there is not enough.
