Hi. I agree with what Giz said - "What ever is being discarded with the CS is problably highly toxic and needs to be discharged but you can control the degree of discharge."
I sometimes drink about 3/4 of a quart of homemade CS daily. What you described has happened to me 3 times. All three times I had increased my intake significantly. My urine was very clear with blood in it. I have alot of past experience with urinary tract infections. The symptoms were exactly the same except that during my past infections that were unrelated to CS, there was no blood in the urine and the color of the urine was cloudy, not clear. But, the pain was the same. All three times I did not see a doctor. I stopped the CS intake (and other natural healing methods) and flushed heavily with distilled water until it passed, which was in about 12 hours each time.
I usually welcome a healing crisis, but these experiences were really bad. I was glad to read your post about this to know that I was not alone having this type of reaction.
