Your bladder complaint sounds familiar to me. I have had a lot of 'bladder trouble' and I was told there is no infection.
I have constant headaches, I think that there may be some low grade infection somewhere, maybe root canals that I can't afford to have removed for now.
Over the years and still at this time, I am taking vitamin C to reduce the headaches. I find that the more C I take, the more my bladder hurts, like a cutting pain during urinating.
My theory is that what ever the C discards from the body, by the way C is an antioxidant, an infection fighter, is very toxic and stresses the bladder enormously. I think that this effects the kidneys also. I drink 2 or 3 cups of Celery teas a day. The tea helps the kidneys to cleanse.
Celery seeds are available in the spice section of a supermaked or a health food store. I grind 1 Tablsp. of seeds in a coffe grinder for 3 cups of tea.
I suggest you experiment with reducing your CS intake to allow to to cope with your bladder. What ever is being discarded with the CS is problably highly toxic and needs to be discharged but you can control the degree of discharge. Good Luck, Giz.
