Dreaming about vomiting

I have had this dream twice now. I am throwing up violently. It is so vivid, that when I wake up I am scared that I actally did throw up in my sleep, and I am usually drooling (gross, I know!). For some reason I find this really disturbing.

The last time I had it I was at a hospital, yelling at the doctor because something he gave me almost killed me. No one seemed to notice how sick I had just been, but kept forcing me to do something.

Any ideas on why I am having this dream?
