Glad we could help to motivate you. You got some tinders smoldering now you gotta keep keep stoking and  keep adding the fuel to bring it to a flame. To really succeed the motivation MUST come from you own CONSCIOUS effort. We're not gonna be around all the time to motivate you . >YOU<  haftat stoke and fuel that fire yourself. Trust me when I tell you that comitting and starting regular exercise will be the thing that will really cement your resolve and will be a quantum leap in your transformation.

Set the MC on autopilot right now. After 2 weeks you got the routine down. Now start focusing on what you will be doing after. Start calling the gyms and find the most convenient and closest one to you. I have the weight benches and crap at home and I still need to get out of my home comfort zone to do it regularly. There are too many things to distract you in your own home comfort space and just making the drive to the gym is a comitment in itself. Don't procrastinate or rationalize it just do it. This will be a major milestone and the one that could make or break your transformation. This will also be the one thing that will give you the quickest and most noticeable "results" not just in physical ways but it will reprogram your mental attiude and resolve and will give you the confidence to carry on.

Do a little research into Slow Weight Training. This is a system that you can eventually bring  down to once or twice a week 20 mins work outs so you'll have no excuse of being too busy or whatevah. It really does work and it will kick your ass.
