I read your pointer about the mesh.

From your symptoms I must advise you to be looked at by your Doctor.

The bowel symptoms is far too dangerous to ignore.

I know, I know, it's not what you want to hear....;-(

But it may be something that can addressed (for them) easier now.

Rather than in an emergency ward later on!

I can't tell ya how much it burns me to tell someone to go to a Doctor.
