I MC'd last Aug, and I was not on a regular exercise routine, but aside from the first 3 days I walked (up to 3-4 miles) and biked (up to 9 miles or so on hilly roads) and I was fine. I felt great actually. I did not lift during my MC.

I am planning to do another Master-Cleanse about eight weeks from now. I want to get a solid 6x per week exercise habit in place, alternating day cardio 1 day (20-40 min), the next day lifting (45 min), but that is much less than what you are doing. And I am totally prepared to rest the first 2 days if I don't feel up to working out. And I'll probably not lift either. From there I am doing a 18 week training for my first triathlon.

I have 3 kids so groceries, laundry and lugging them around should be plenty of weight bearing exercise. Ha ha.
