Most folks will continue to exercise on the cleanse but what you describe sounds like some serious training. At that level I would say you definetely need to cut back on all of it. On the weight training I would cut way back or altogether stop cause you are not taking in any protein at all. The most important aspect is that you stay well hydrated. Take the lemonade with you on your workout and any extra water. Many folks specially at your level and frequency of training will add a tablespoon of Blacksrtap molases for additional nutritional support before a work out.
