I've been pulling with Olive Oil for the past month. My diet wasn't all that great due to not having money to buy healthy foods. (I just recently became vegetarian).
I've been drinking coffee for less than a week. Maybe I'll switch over to soybean oil (that's all I have in the house. Corn oil is a no-no).
When I don't pull, all those old symptoms come back. I've missed 4 days in total, and I felt absolutely horrible.
