Well, it is hard to say as I have never before experienced it, but the following site claims to prepare monatomic combinations to the specific requirements of the client:

I assume that, since they can create 50/50 combinations of, say, gold and silver, that they will be able to provide the seeker with 100% pure white powder gold (at great expense).
