I'm on day 14, feeling good. may go longer. still have lots of lemons and syrup and molasses and salt and tea.
my body really needed this cleanse. I had gained a lot of weight in a short period of time and was really getting into some bad eating habits (again). Now that I've made a commitment to go 100% vegan this year, I think my eating habits will get better, although I know it's possible to be a junk food vegan. i've bought a lot of great vegan supplies and trashed everything non-vegan (except for some canned foods that I plan to donate as soon as I can figure out a place to donate them).
I'm not really craving food yet, and I usually do towards the end of a cleanse, so that's why I'm thinking I'll go longer.
