I do 30 day cleanses once a year and shorter ones
in between. I feel really good about my bowel function
now so may just do the 10 dayers unless I feel the
need to do a longer one.
I love fasting in the summer. Lemonade and summer go
together sort of. I also like the 30 day cleanse since
it is supposed to take 30 days to ingrain a good habit
and
The Master Cleanse gives me *time* to examine my
relationships with food and situations where I *use*
food. I have really made major progress using the
cleanse.
After the first 3-4 days on a cleanse, it gets easy
not to cave since you can really put the hurts to your
body breaking poorly and so there is much motivation
to stick with the cleanse. It is empowering on many
levels and people around me have initially thought
I was a little nuts but now they admire my willpower
and resolve. My own sense of commitment and self-trust
has also been amped and so the
Master-Cleanse was a good platform
for me to launch *major* changes that I had been
wanting to do for years but had not found the right
*vehicle* for it.
My focus continues to grow and since I am someone who
is goal-driven, I have continued my personal good
body maintenance planning and look forward this year
to building on the successes of last year.
I wish you success also in your own health/healing
adventure~~!
be happy, be well,
Zoe
