Re: SWF and constipation -- I am afraid
If you eat regular foods, instead of during the MC, can you still do the SWF? Like if I ate a salad and baked potatoe for dinner the night before, can I still do the flush in the morning? I know it is supposed to be done on an empty stomach, but does that mean empty intestines too? I am going to hold off on finishing the
Master-Cleanse until I feel more stable. But can I do the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) still?
I did 1
quart lukewarm water and 2 tsp of a special sea-salt from Trader Joes. I do believe it had
Iodide in it, but I think it was all natural. It cost less than $5 for a big can of it.
What about doing an
Epsom Salt drink, the kind that Dr. Clark explains for a liver flush? is that better, the same, worse, or just suits a different purpose? I have tried that before and I didn't get the "butt pee" that people on the forums so fondly talk about. And it took me over 12 hours to go to the bathroom.
