Re: SWF and constipation -- I am afraid

Like Nick mentions it's really importamt to drink lots of water to make sure you are hydrated nad your body will try to retain all fluids including the SWF. One of the requierments to do any kind of fasting is that you are having at least one bowel movement a day before starting any fast.

You've already started so try drinking a buncha water in addition to the lemonade and tea. Next morning when you wake up drink  16 oz of water just to make sure your system starts out hydrated specially if you live in colder climate and you are in a heated enviroment that draws the moisture from the air, Wait a half and o hour to let the body absorb the water then do the SWF. If an hour later you haven't had a bowel movement most likely butt pee then down quart of plain water. I would just down the extra quart anyways .If you still arent having any susbtantial movement by 3 hrs later the you need to do an enema.

For most folks I don't mention the enema on the first go but you already sound desperate and likely thatform what you say you are already laxative depepndant. To be honest in your frame of mind I would say that you need to address your bowel issues first and get that under control.  Most folks around here swear by Oxypowder so why don't you start investigating that and consider stoping the MC to do a round of OXY till you get you bowels moving. then try the MC at a later date.
