Re: Doc visit results

Apxr - the Medscape links that you provided are inaccessible (don't you hate that?) A log-in is needed now. I've been able to read some of their abstracts/articles, but not today!

Shroom -

If I remember correctly, you stated sometime ago that you increased lorazepam which resulted in a euphoric state for a period of time. I had asked about this awhile back, WHY did you increased your dosage? The fact that the drug is dangerous to the degree you suggested, AND now with Apxr's back-up on information, still begs the question -- why do you want to mess around with this? Although your doctor may or may not know much about your drug of choice, I do believe that he is doing the right thing by being conservative or no approach in prescribing this to you.

Additionally, as Apxr has pointed out, hadn't you considered that helminths "get high" on drugs? It's already known or STRONGLY suggested that anything you like, they will like too. Therefore, why would they leave if you're providing a cozy environment? It seems as though your experiment is counter-intuitive.

Although, the information that you have provided, thus far, is very sketchy, I'd be still very interested in your written hypothesis on the subject.
