6 eggs
1/3 cup butter or coconut oil, melted (I use butter)
1/3 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sifted coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/3 cup cornmeal (organic)
Blend together eggs, butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Combine coconut flour, baking powder, and cornmeal and whisk into batter until there are not lumps. Fill greased 8x8x2-inch dish. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
