if you're on the WD- you'll never grow on that workout,especially if you are doing alot of cardio.Even if you are only working one bodypart a day,unless you are taking in alot of calories,you'll be buring way too much.Also you'll be taxing your body more then it can rebuild.
try this instead for 2 weeks-
Monday-
* 3 sets ea. for 8-10 reps
db presses or bench presses
military press or db shoulder press
dips
Thursdays-
* 3 sets ea. for 8-10 reps
Squats or deadlifts
calf raises
Chin ups or pull ups
bent rows or seated rows
barbell curls or db concentration curls
OR
this workout once every 4-5 days
bench press 3 x 8-10 ea.
military press
squats
deadlifts
chin ups
curls
ab work
