My work out routine. Advice needed.


Here is my workout routine.

tuesday- Legs
thursday- Back/tris
friday- shoulders/calves
sunday- Chest/bis

I have recently been having trouble with this because every time I actually stick to this I end up being way too tired by the end of the week. My body feels like it needs more rest. Any suggestions??
