How do you recommend I get more potassium? I was excited to see so much in the SBM...more than in any supplement I have found. Other than popping 7 pills.
Do you recommend juicing? Is it very important to eat the fiber?? Or is the nutrition in the juice mostly?
I have been trying to increase my green drink but it sometimes makes me very tired if I do increase it. For now at this dose it doesn't bother me and sometimes gives me energy.
