I see where I went wrong, I will pick up some pickling lime and epsom salts tomorrow. I had read the epson salts were not well absorbed and thats why they were used for the liver flushes. I am confused about this.
I am on a gluten free diet and have been for about 3 years. I crave and eat a lot of grassfed/free range meats and organic raw cheese. If I don't get enough my blood sugar drops too much and I spend all day eating. I force some fruit and eat some cooked veggies everyday. Fruits and veggies just don't 'hold me'.
I juice occasionally and tomorrow plan to start juicing again.
The only thing that helps the dizziness is salt water and magnesium. My blood tests show low-normal potassium and sodium levels.
