This is not a nutritional program it is a fast , so you can't compare you caloric or nutritional intake to when eating regular. When you fast your system goes into Ketosis and goes into reserve mode. I just finished a 36 day fast with 6 to 8 drinks a day at half the syrup no probs.
If you have any issues with weakness drink more lemonades or have a tblsp of Blackstrap molases for extra nutritional support.
