For anyone thinking of chelating, I would highly recommend they read the work by Andy Cutler, unfortunately Im not on my own PC at the moment so cannot supply links but ther e are many websites detailing his protocol and even some yahoo groups that may help.

If you are going to use ALA (there are two types, synthetic and organic) or EDTA or DMSA then please read his work it will explain to you the best system of dosing. DO NOT EVER EVER TAKE ONE LARGE DOSE, this will simply stir mercury and cause you far more problems.

Chilantro is a stirrer not a binder, from his and my experience so you will need to compliment with other materials to aid elminiation.

What and how you proceed is totally dependant on your case. Recent mercury exposure vs. old, type of mercury, symptoms, where you think mercury is in your body. All these things will lead you towards a decision. Tweet
