Re: 10 Tips to Clear Skin
Oh, yes. I almost forgot about how important the EFA's are (Essential Fatty Acids) -Oils. Thanks for posting that. Flax, borage, primrose, coconut, walnut and of course cod liver oils are extremely beneficial.
I also want to add that I drink green tea (by Tetley) everyday. I don't know if it has taken part in helping my skin, but I got addicted to it and I crave it almost every day now. Can't hurt.
I find that the lemon is great, at first it can sting, but that's why I like to delute it with rose water. It's makes a pretty nice toner and has lightened a few left over red marks. As for the oat/milk scrub...not at all does it create new breakouts. It's the best scrub I've ever made. If you have normal/dry skin, use it once a week. If you're more on the oily side you could use it everyday. You don't have to use milk though, water does the job too. It makes the skin so utterly soft and look clearer.
I know what you mean about trying new things for the face, I'm always skeptical at first too. But I guess if we never try we'll never know. :)
