This list and tips are just wonderful. I have to show my daughter this list because she always have a really hard time with break outs. I like the positive vibe coming from your message and that really great. She is constantly sad about how bad her acme has got, but I wanted to also talk about something that worked for her for anyone that likes to wear makeup. She actually uses Albolene, which is a makeup remover cream, that helps with light acme. I didn't think it was going to work either, but in a week, her acme really cleared up. If any lady is out there and you love makeup and are breaking out because of it, you should check it out. I'm going to copy this list and email her it because these tips are awesome. Thanks everyone!
