That's the problem with information overload -
There are plenty of ways to health and plenty of ways to disease - if you choose to follow all the protocols available (some are antagonists), you are putting your body on a rollercoaster ride - all at the cost of placing priority of an opinion or advice over what your body is crying for.
Even reading all the maladies and concerns that everyone here has is putting mental stress on your body - sometimes up to a point of manifesting "sympathy symptoms"
With placing conscious energy onto so many protocols and valid opinions, you may start to disrupt the natural subconscious healing and cleansing that your body does effortlessly.
Although no longer simpler, the trick would be to obey the nature of your body and listen to what it's telling you versus the overwhelming info out there.
I'm curious to know to what degree does the spending of energy reading and immersing oneself into dis-ease has on the actual physical malady.
After all, one is placing daily energy onto the disease, and as per law of attraction, one may get the object in his conscious focus.
