Just before going to sleep, tell yourself repeadetly that you are going to wake up at the crack of dawn. Keep repeating it until you have convinced yourself of this, then fall asleep. Your eyes need not see the slight lightening in the sky; the photoreceptors in your pineal see it and send the wake up message.
I ponder the potential role of strontium in the functioning of the pineal, and wonder whether the variance in ESP amongst different individuals is a function of strontium variance / deficiency.
