Thanks for the info. Not expecting miracles. I run 10 marathons a year and understand the concept of one foot at a time. Read about the oil of clove in the book. Not doing it for weightloss although my friends used that to get me interested. Once I starting reading about it I decided to use it for its original intent - cleansing and giving my body a break. Looking to use it as a stepping stone to making more changes - like the cigs - and killing old habits. Not expecting miracles - thinking it is just like choosing to enter a new race.......get to the starting line and then one foot at a time.
