What to Believe?

I have been reading some of this forum for awhile, and I have check out some of the websites that have been recommended. I have not devoured all of this stuff, becuase it is too negative and upsetting. Many of them seem to say the same things, however and almost all of them are so horrible that they defy the imaginations of the worst of the scienfiction or horror story writers the world has ever known.

If these beings are so advanced that they are capable of intergalactic travel, and have been for centuries already, then why are they still so barbaric?

Why, with all of their technology and the advice they have supposedly given us about drugs and medical procedues, would they need to eat and bathe in bloody organs and the like? Have they not been able to invent a better way to do what ever it is they are accomplishing by doing that by now? A drug of some kind, perhaps?

If they have access to the entire universe, what is the big interest in earth? In such a vast place as the universe, would there not be many other nice places not already inhabited to the point that they would require such a complicated, long term take over that apparently has taken them hundreds of years to set up (if they were responsible for the pyrimids and stuff as has been suggested)?

If a new race is what they want, a few samples of DNA mingled with their own should do the trick.

If they are so powerful and advanced, why all the drama of secretly cohorting around with the morons that run our governments?

Why steal children or abduct people when they could grab a few swabs of DNA and raise as many of us as they wanted in a test tube?

Why, if they want to take us over, have they waited so long, when it would have so been much easier to do 100 years ago or even longer, when all we had were bows and arrows?

Anyway, I have a friend who is a lawyer, (meaning intelligent, educated, etc.) and she has made astromony her hobby for many years. I mean, her office is plastered with pictues of plantes and stars, she knows all about such things and she is a member of a large organization that has professional telescopes and everything. She spends many entire weekends in the mountains and other places gazing at the heavens through these powerful telesecopes, some so big that she has to go to where they are to use them, for hours on end, sometimes staying up al night, with hundreds of other people who are also so inclined, and none of them have never seen anyting unusual. Did I mention she has been doing this for years? She firmly does not believe in UFOs, not beucase she thinks it is impossible for them to exist, but because by this time, if there was someting going on up there, at least something massive, she feels she or one of her colleages would have seen it.

What do you all think?

Is the univese really such an evil place, that if we are not only only ones (which is a rather silly concept, considering its size is beyond comprehension) are all the others besides us monsters who do unspeakable things?

It seems to me if there are others out there, there MUST be some kind of balance, and if we are truly the weak simpletons that we are portrayed to be in this forum, these others must be watching over us a little, because we are no match for a bunch of intergalactice cannibals and I think for a forum like this to be of any use to anyone, the good ones must be reported and talked about too.

Without making any attempt to seek out, talk about and support the good aliens, this forum is nothing but an excuse for generating fear and uglyness.

If the Universe is truly nothing but a place where scaled critters sit around in tubs of animal organs, then really, we should all just blow ourselves up and be done with it and let them have it. Tweet
