the food itself is the problem - not what is in it(toxins) and not what is missing(nutrients). most of what passes for food is eaten in such quantity and at such frequency that even children are getting diseases of old age. there is no way to make that food good. if you deep fry organic potatoes, they are poison. if you eat a lot of them thinking they are good for you, the toxins build and get stored in a body already overwhelmed with the rest of life. the effect builds. bake the potato? no better. eat the potato raw - then youve got something, if it is organic and eaten in moderation, meaning a quarter of one all by itself.
