Yepper, the pepper is really hot. I gave out shaker
bottles full of Frontier 90,000 HU for Christmas gifts
and I think they were more than real popular. I use
mine all the time, sprinkling it on everything that
might taste good spicy. I work at keeping my water &
my pepper intake up.

Fifty spins around the sun, huh?? Cool~~! I did 50
a couple of years back and it was great. Something
about making a half century when thinking 30 was old
doesnt seem so long ago to me...ggg. It sounds like
a great idea to cleanse your way through the last of
your 49th year. I did the cleanse through the holidays
this year and thats been cool. I am heading to the OJ
fast as soon as my seemingly never-ending bag of lemons
is up...ggg.

I gave up ahi...all raw fish and sushi this year. I saw
too many liver flukes in my liver flushings and know that
my raw fish consumption was the culprit. One piece of
contaminated fish can give you thousands of flukes which
live in your bile ducts and live to suck your blood~! So,
I think fluke when I am in front of some of the most beautiful
of sushi. I love ahi tuna and have not had any for most of
this year and I suppose, for me, it is a thing of the past.




I used to use kombucha. I had good luck then kept having
bad luck with my *mother* and it kept molding so I moved
to the next *thing*. This year, for me, I will continue
my goji juice, do my cats claw, and continue my discipline
of oil-pulling *before* coffee. I am seeing lots of progress
although, there is still always room to grow and learn so
relative to the new year, I am excited about discovering
what works for me on my path, and working to be focused
and continue what is already serving me *well*~~

Ive not added to my Master-Cleanse blog but may begin another blog which
is more creative and fun for me. My brother bought me a new
comfy computer chair so doing research may be more fun and
comfortable...

Yay about finishing your reconstruction. Lets hope thats the
last of the natural disasters for a loooooong time~~!
