Naah, I was just funnin' with the Boca thing...it's a common whine in N.Y.!

I thought I could hear the sizzling of the High Octane MCers, maxing out on the
cayenne...I'm gearing up for a 10 dayer before the big Five-0 in 3 weeks. Hawaiian lemons are ready for the squeezin'

I've really enjoyed the benefits from my last long cleanse. My willpower is at a peak. No Dairy, sugar, etc since. So many alternatives...my son wants us to go Vegan. Give up my ahi? HMMM ...My latest kick ,though is Kambucha...that has helped me so much...I get fuller faster, crave less...I don't think I revamped my probios enough after my last 45 dayer...a gal at the healthfood store in Kona told me about Kambucha... it works...I want to start making myself...any lowdown on the best source for the culture...they all sound good(of course) when it comes to their ads.

In the midst of writing a cook book...healthy of course!


Finally done with the earthquake repair...ugh...thank God for FEMA!
Off to do some farmin'...it's cooled off for the day.
