Re: celery seed tea (Already in tea bag?)

I don't even bother with the seed grinding or mashing. I boil one tablespoon Celery seeds with two cups water until the seeds are soft.

I haven't totally figured out when the optimum "soft" point is reached, so I go by the color of the water.

Strain the seeds from the mixture and drink 1/2 cup of the tea four times a day.
