I have found that raw Celery lessens the Arthritis in my hands, so I eat a large raw piece every day. Then it seemed, to me, that Celery Seed Tea might also aid and perhaps decrease the symptoms even more. Maybe it will, but I find it a pain to prepare and was wondering why I just couldn't sprinkle it on my cereal in the morning, like I do with flax seed and eat it that way. Would that be effective? So far as I know my kidneys are fine and clean enough, it's the Arthritis I want to use it for. Anyone have any thoughts on that?
