parasites in lungs

I have a pain in my right lung close to my sternum which I thought was a pulled muscle, but that just doesn't seem right because I have no trouble with movement in my cheat or arm/shoulder etc... Here's what I do have though, irregular breathing patterns, circulation isn't great(cold extremities). I was wondering if I could have a parasite infection in my lungs, of if any of my symptoms match a parasite infection. thanks for any help.
