To complement Boldyloxx's kind considerations, I'll say that "pain in the lung area" is 'a broad symptom', as far as I understand; therefore, before considering the possibility of 'parasites' alone perhaps it should be narrowed down by the educated opinions of medical professionals or persons of great knowledge and experience in the field. All of this with the assistance of consultations, observations, auscultations, tests and differential procedures, of course. The pain could be caused by the lungs themselves, by the heart or by any related structure. Also, it could be caused by 'parasites' too. It's a guess until it's diagnosed, I'd say.
