Thought is a body energy, spirit is different

"A Science teacher once told me that gas came from energy and gases formed matter, when he was trying to explain where the mass came from for the big bang.

He could not explain energy to me, but he did agree with me when I said thought is energy and is a detectable energy that can be measured with an EEG."

"Thoughts" are created by the body.  Spirit doesn't have thoughts.  You can turn off your thoughts and operate as spirit, without thought.  In fact, eliminating thought and operating from a spiritual perspective is exactly what spirit is all about.

Recognize yourself as spirit.... and be free.

John 4:24   "...God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.”

How can you worship God, unless you worship Him as spirit?
