it sounds like a good dream at that. the reason that moreless was given his own forum in the first place was because he is incapable of a conversation, just those rants of his, soaking up pats on the back, and abusing those who dare to oppose him. instead of banning him from curezone, he was given his own forum. it should be both. at least then, escape from him would not mean leaving curezone. he has no busisness anywhere else on the site anyway. he has nothing to add, nothing new to say, no ability to interact in a civil manner.

what set me off was seeing him posting on barefoot. i dont think he knew he was doing it, but it was too late - i had already thrown my hat in the ring and decided it was worth the fight. he is just plain wrong and his methods are harmful and potentially dangerous. and about harmful and dangerous, this can be said of other things discussed here, like water fasting. but it is stated there. it is not on moreless. it is advertised as a simple and cheap and easy and safe panacea, and if harm is done... well, ask hopinso how much support you get.

i wouldnt try it for a couple of reasons, not the least of which is i dont need it and he recommends it. i try things i dont need sometimes so i can tell others about it. i cant in good conscience recommend that to anyone because of what i already know to be true. i am really glad that wasnt the first thing i found to try when i got started. it may have masked other things i needed desperately to address. it took me long enough as it was without having a stumbling block like that in my way.

the best thing i have done lately is revisit oil pulling. that got me to eating more plant oils. it was a smooth move, i tell you!
