Did you see a TV documentary made a few years back on macrobiotic diets? As I recall, they followed several cancer sufferers and filmed their medical care. Some chose conventional care and some chose a macrobiotic approach. I think there was a third category as well. Anyway, I remember that the final outcome was that only the macrobiotic subjects survived the cancer.
I personally think it is the best diet in the world.
Tho vegetarianism is also good. The Romanian woman who did my colonics told me that when her father was diagnosed with cancer, he decided to go back to Romania for treatment. His doctor there told him to eat nothing but vegetables for an entire year. It worked for him.
