It says 1 cup = 192gm and is 651 calories. So,

1Tbs of syrup is 20gm

192 divided by 20 = 9.6 , that means there are 9.6 spoons in a cup.

If there are 651 calories in 1 cup and 9.6 spoons, 651 divided by 9.6 would be 67.8.

That means each spoon would be 67.8 calories.
