Could anyone please explain or lead us to a link about oil pulling and how to do it? I've read about oil pulling with oregano oil on the Candida Support Forum thread and have wondered about it. It's interesting that oregano oil is one of the strongest yeast fighters recommended by many in that forum and how some here are also using oil pulling with oregano oil for asthma. The Mayo clinic has found that 90 percent of its patients with sinus problems have a fungus issue involved. I was wondering if the oil pulling as described here may be effective against asthma because it helps to deal with fungus and yeast issues that may be the underlying cause of the asthma. Tweet
