I started pulling about a month ago. Was very consistant for two weeks, and about 4 days a week for the second two. I had had a daily phlegm coughing up ritual in the mornings before pulling.

I too felt that for a few days it got worse, I even hacked up some nastier looking stuff than I had seen. However, after about a week...the phlegm was much less, and almost always clear. Even now it is much much better. It is weird I know, but that is what happened to me.
