Thanks. I don't have allergies but I noticed with oil pulling my nose isn't as dry and bloody in the morning from the dry air. So I figured there was a connection but they're not even pulling anymore.


I forgot to ask - Do you think it's bad to keep swallowing most of it though or does it just go through the digestive system and come out anyway? It's deep, hard to cough up. They're also taking cayenne.. I suggested that to help it kind of..melt?/clear it. Tweet
