Hi wood elf. Yes I eat it all, but there really isn't much juice. Some batches have some liquid, but most of the time it's mostly cabbage. When I get the gallon jar I divide it into four quart sized glass canning jars...the ones with the tight fitting lids. They told me it keeps longer that way but I eat it so fast it probably does not matter ( i do it anyway though ).
