Re: my legs tingle

the timgling will dissipate under 2 conditions,

1) leave them alone to the point that they are no longer dying off. This is NOT a normal phase of their life cycle. Typically they merely shed thier eggs into the feces where they hatch later (hopefully once excreted) or in cases with a patient who is constipated may lead to a life threatening hyperinfection which occurrs commonly with stronglyoides. (85% fatality) Probably in your case it will dissipate if left alone, but may plateau to a higher level of infection previously incurred

2)continue cleaning with a different/stronger/more effective treatment to reduce the number of migrating larvae. The one you are using is obviously simply stirring them up and possibly EXASPERATING your situation. But you have to kill the adults, which allows dissemination of larvae. At present, I dont believe herbs do much to address this, where as some pharmaceutical drugs are larvacidal. Or make sure you have enough of the poison saturating the newly formed adults before producing more eggs. Not as easy as it sounds. Personally, I might take on an empty stomach, while others recommend with something sweet to attract the parasites and also ensure maximum absorption, then wait a few hours (ie mom is dead but baby is still sleeping) to do a mild purge with salt water and maybe some MSM to be sure. Repeat the cycle every 12 hours for 3 to 5 days. Not easy... but certainly logical.
cheers
